1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We offer refunds and returns in accordance with the nature of our offerings:

For Physical Products (e.g., electronics, devices, hardware):

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

For Digital Products (e.g., software, subscriptions, digital downloads):

  • Refunds are only available for non-delivery, technical errors, or billing mistakes.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

  • Digital products are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.

For Services (e.g., IT support, consultancy, development):

  • Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on service usage and delivery status.

  • Partial refunds may be offered for work not completed.

  • Advance payments or booking fees are non-refundable unless canceled by us.

3. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the error was on our side.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


4. Processing Your Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

  • If the refund does not reflect within the expected timeframe, please check with your payment provider.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch or service initiation. Once the product has been shipped or the service has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed.


6. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:
