There are many custom roms available for POCO F1 codenamed(Beryllium) in the internet. But below are the list of the roms which I have tested in the device.

I have personally used Pixel Experience Rom for a long time and is the best daily driver for me. Saying that I am not mentioning other roms to be unuseful. All the above mentioned roms are best in their own way. Every rom has it’s own uniqueness. You can try any of the rom.
Note : CAF based roms are the best in terms of performance and gives good benchmark results. I got as high as 2433 Single Core Geekbench 4 benchmark and 8599 in multi core test.
